- Opened MS-Publisher
- Opened build in template and selected labels-CD Label
- Insert oval shape at the centre and bring it to the front
- Insert oval shape for the outer circle
- Insert image using Format Autoshape-fill effects - Pictures
- Fill the inner circle with white
